Half- Fill out a cut sheet to get your custom wants. You will get roughly 175 pounds of beef. Hanging weight will vary per animal, however, the average weight will be about 350 pounds. $4.50 per pound of hanging weight.

Quarter- Standard cut of roasts, steaks and ground beef. Roughly 90 pounds of meat. $4.50 per pound hanging weight.
